As a child, I helped my mother cook. She would always prepare whatever cuisine I desired. Seeing how she cooked inspired me to start cooking. Ten years later, I'm sharing my cooking inspiration and why I enjoy it.

You'll have a great time cooking for anyone, whether it's your family, friends, or yourself. It's pleasant to observe how combining different spices, meat, and veggies results in a fantastic flavor. From cutting to preparing them, the entire procedure is sheer bliss.

3. Receiving great feedback

Don't you feel satisfied, excited, and successful when others compliment your food and share their thoughts? You'll undoubtedly enjoy the moment when someone compliments your cooking abilities.

Whenever someone compliments me, "This has a great flavor" or "This is insanely delicious!" I get more driven to improve my cooking skills...

4. Healthy Eating

Using fresh ingredients instead of processed foods in your recipes is healthier for your body. Cook your own meals to incorporate more fresh veggies and fruits into your diet. Cooking also helps you learn more about the various nutrients in your meals.

Because you cook your meals, stomach issues will be the least of your concerns...

In my experience, cooking may help to relax the mind. Finding food in the fridge, gathering ingredients, preparing them, and putting everything together to make a delicious dinner is more soothing than sitting on the couch and watching TV. Cooking never causes me to worry.
